Effective today, expanded Customer Support hours and new phone system options

In response to your feedback, we've made a few changes to our Customer Support in order to provide more convenient access and better service. Effective today, we have extended our Customer Support hours from 7:30 AM-7:00 PM Central Time*. We’ve also implemented an enhanced phone system to help you reach the right people faster. Our new options are as follows:
- Press 1 if you know your party’s extension
- Press 2 to reach Customer Support
- Press 3 to place an order or inquire about an order with Customer Service
- Press 4 to reach a Digital Account Managers for help with onboarding and training
- Press 5 for the company directory (dial by name function)
- Press 0 to speak with our Operator
